Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with BurnerBlocker for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to your first billing cycle only.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@burnerblocker.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Refund" in the subject line. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
3. After the 7-Day Window
After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Your API access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
4. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will retain API access until your paid period expires.
- Your API key will be deactivated after the period ends.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider) and returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 3–10 business days to appear.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is clear evidence of abuse, such as consuming a significant portion of your monthly scan quota before requesting a refund, or using the Service in violation of our Terms of Service.
