1. Agreement

By accessing or using the BurnerBlocker API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BurnerBlocker provides a fraud-detection API that scores transactions based on email, IP, BIN, and phone signals. The Service returns risk scores and verdicts to help you make transaction decisions.

Your plan includes a monthly scan limit. If you exceed your limit, API requests will return a 429 status code until the next billing cycle begins. Abuse of the Service (e.g., automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts) may result in immediate suspension.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from downtime, latency, or temporary unavailability of the API.

8. Data & Privacy

We process transaction data (email addresses, IP addresses, BINs, phone numbers) solely to provide fraud scoring. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BurnerBlocker does not guarantee that fraud scores will be 100% accurate or that all fraudulent transactions will be detected. You are solely responsible for your transaction decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BurnerBlocker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your API key will be deactivated immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BurnerBlocker operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
